I went to bed rather pissed last night..

It doesnt pay to be good to others...

Some people jus dun get it...

Being a leader aint about jus being able to lead..

it definately involves other factors as well...

sometimes u haf to be able to FOLLOW ..

to LISTEN, to UNDERSTAND, to ANALYSE, to REFLECT...

most imptly to be SENSTIVE to the people ard you..

its not only abt YOU, YOU n YOU...

you nid to start low before u can to climb up to the top..

it doesnt matter wad u have achieved before...

having in open mind when u come into a new environment is essential...

racism is definately an issue....

doesnt matter where u are.. wrk, sch, sports, wadever..

to be an effective team player where ever u go..

u haf to learn to ACCEPT e culture...

n frankly speaking, being honest abt being a racist is no big deal.

but being honest in an interview.. is a BIG DEAL.

think abt the root of the prob.. why were u being questioned abt such stuff..

there's no doubts abt ur abilities or whether ur able to add value or not..

it about whether u CAN wrk with others ...

u dun come in n LEAD a team str8 away..

like others.. u start frm scratch...

everyone is equal in a new environment...

if u cant be tactical even in an interview...

how are u going to convince ur team mates in future?

an interview is an interview.

u only had ONE CHANCE to "sell" urself.

u bust it? that's it.

n of cos.. having the right ATTITUDE towards life is vital too..

learn from your mistakes.. learn to accept the fact that u've screwed it all up..

learn to be humble... learn be stand up frm where u fall...

learn to realise that ur glory days are so OVER.

stop living in the past.

wad matters is NOW.

Im sry if i was too blunt, but u disappointed me. utterly.

to think i tried speaking up fer u.. to think i actually made the effort to help u..

but in the end to let u judge..

brillant.. =)

u show no signs of remorse or wad so ever...

keep putting the blame on others.. go ahead...

Bear in mind.

school council AINT some money making organisation.

lastly, I dun take sides. I've NEVER take sides.

I got my facts right frm BOTH sides before I determine the final verdict.

If everyone else can see what went wrong except u...

seriously.. u nid to start doing some reality check.
